Mr. Antoine N. Frem, Chairman and CEO of Interstate Resources, announced on September 10, 2007 that effective immediately Charles Feghali is appointed Managing Director, IRI/Indevco North America and Jim Morgan is appointed President and COO, Interstate Resources, Inc., succeeding Mr. Feghali.

In his new position, Charles Feghali will be responsible for the growth of Interstate Resources through major new capital investments. In addition, he will lead the growth in the US of Interstate’s parent Company, Indevco, a packaging and consumer goods Company based in Lebanon. Charles has held various positions within the IRI/Indevco group for more than 25 years, with the last 11 as President and COO of Interstate.

As President and COO of Interstate, Jim Morgan will be responsible for all operations including the mill division, container division, and the corporate staff activities of Human Resources, Administration and Mill Sales. Jim joined Interstate in February 2007 as EVP and head of the Container Division. Before Interstate, he was EVP of Duro Bag Manufacturing Co. and President of Duro Designer LLC, both in Cincinnati. Prior to Duro he was President and COO of Bay State Paper Company.
