(www.iripaper.com) and its mill operations in Reading, PA are seeking an experienced professional to lead the HR activities of United Corrstack (paper mill) and Evergreen Power Company (new power generating company). Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in industrial HR management. In addition, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in union labor relations, benefits administration and employee relations.
