DESIGN MANAGER

REPORTS TO: General Manager
LOCATION: Lowell, MA

Duties:

Manage and lead all design and graphics functions of Interstate Container New England, overseeing creation of artwork, point of purchase displays and structural box samples to assist Sales.
Formulate and communicate ideas for product development and artwork, analyzing production feasibility.
Technical representative on customer visits, working closely with the customer and Sales to identify and produce innovative packaging solutions.
Assist in developing market strategies.
Responsible for performance of subordinate Designers.

Position Requirements:

Extensive Graphics/Printing experience.

Management and Sales experience.
