DESIGN MANAGER
REPORTS TO: General Manager
LOCATION: Westminster, MA
Duties:
- Manage & lead all design and graphics functions of Interstate Container New England
- In conjunction with Sales, create a partnership with customers to satisfy their packaging requirements
- Formulate and communicate ideas for product development and artwork analyzing production feasibility
- Assist in developing marketing strategies.
Position Requirements:
- Management experience.
- Corrugated industry or packaging experience.
- Field experience.
Education:
- Minimum 4 year technical degree
